Bramley developments
Paul Hunt Investments Ltd Planning Permissions in Bramley from 2012

Ricardo Court
We worked successfully with Bramley PC to bring forward a Rural Exception Scheme to help address some of the identified affordable need in Bramley. The proposal was for 24-dwellings, with 15 being a mixture of Social Rent and Shared Equity (63% of the total). The 9-market dwellings focused primarily on 2 & 3-bed houses aimed at younger families and downsizing opportunities.

Park Drive
Planning Permission was granted for 2 x 2-bed and 4 x 3-bed dwellings. This included two affordable dwellings. The development utilised vacant land in close proximity to the facilities of Bramley, being a short walk from the High Street. The proposals received support from Waverley BC and Bramley PC.

Colemans yard
The redevelopment of Colemans Yard used the previous building materials supply site to provide 8 x 2 & 3-bed mews houses. The scheme, because of the remediation requirements of the site did not provide affordable housing, but made contributions via a s106 agreement for off-site affordable provision. Again the proposals were supported by Waverley BC & Bramley PC.
